Another great way to fill your daily bucket is to make sure it contains things you love. For example, one day when I was feeling a little grouchy, I decided to make a list of everything I could think of that made me happy. It was slow going at first but after awhile, it became easier. In fact, after awhile, it was actually fun!
Here are some things that were on my list:
- Watching a really funny movie
- Reading a great novel that I don’t want to put down
- Walking a labyrinth
- Going to a beach
- Spending quality time alone
