Consider What You DO Have Control Over

Even though a lot of things are beyond our control and do appear to be random, this week we’ll look at what things we do have control over. Here’s a list I started for myself. I can...
  • Choose what attitude I will have in any given situation

  • Choose the way I respond in any given situation

  • Choose what I will put in my mouth

  • Choose how I will treat my body

  • Choose to make a purchase or decline to make a purchase

  • Choose how I will behave toward others

  • Choose how I will behave toward myself
Now it’s your turn! This week, do some writing about those things you have control over and notice how that makes you feel.
