Attitude of Gratitude Plus One

Last week we discussed finding three positive things each day as a way to increase your level of happiness. This week, we will try adding another component to finding three positive things. We will look at your involvement in creating these positive moments. For example:
  • Today I had lunch with a friend…(I set up the lunch date)

  • I began reading a new book…(I went to the bookstore and bought it)

  • I got my bills paid…(I sat down and did it)

  • I was able to fix the washing machine…(I challenged myself to take this on)
This week, continue finding three positive things a day. In addition, write down how you helped create each positive thing that happened. Share your experience below.
