Continuing with our theme of celebration for this month, this week I want to discuss celebrating success. The other day I finished a paper I had been working on for days. After it was done, my first impulse was to go on to the next task on my “to do” list. Fortunately, I stopped myself in time. The paper was important and I had worked long and hard on it. Who was I to cut off my own celebration? Consider this:
- What have you done recently that should be celebrated?
- What celebration would be appropriate for what you have accomplished?
This week pay attention to accomplishments, and start a list of what you have completed. Whether your accomplishments are big or small, write them down. Then create an appropriate celebration. Notice how it feels to do this. Share your feelings below.
Take good care,

I finally left a 3 year toxic relationship. It was very hard, but finally did it. I am going through some growing pains, but so glad I finally ended it. Taking it one day at a time.
