This month we have been discussing a process for looking ahead to the future and imagining your life. While autumn is a good time to work with this process, it is something you can do any time. The steps are simple: (1) visualize your life several years from now and (2) write down what you have imagined.
However, it is especially useful to do this process when:
- You are feeling out-of-focus
- You feel you have lost your way
- You are feeling sad, depressed or down
- You are having a difficult time determining your priorities
This week, continue working with this exercise. Do note that your vision will change over time. This is nothing to be alarmed about, but a natural part of growth and change. Share your experience below.
