As the Light Begins to Fade

A few days ago in the United States, daylight savings time ended. It’s hard not to notice how early daylight begins to fade. This month we look at both the outer experience of less light and the inner experience of creating your own light.

This week, begin to notice any subtle (or not so subtle) ways less light impacts you. For example:
  • Do you find yourself wanting to sleep more?

  • Has your energy level changed?

  • Is it easier or more difficult to get up in the morning?

  • What else do you notice, as it gets dark earlier in the day?
Write down what you notice and share your observations below.

Take good care,
