With less light and more darkness outside, consider ways you can create greater interior light for yourself. Of course, you can turn on lamps indoors, but what will create a greater lightness of being? Consider these questions:
- What activities bring light into your life (for example, reading more or journaling)?
- What activities with people bring more light into your life (for example, spending more time with friends and family or spending time alone)?
- What tasks will bring more light into your life (for example clearing out old clothes or giving things away, donating to your local library)?
- What other ways can you find to bring more “lightness” into your life?
