It's Groundhog Day!

It is a tradition in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania for a groundhog named Phil to appear every year on February 2. Whether or not Phil sees his shadow, so the tradition goes, determines an early or late arrival of spring. This holiday has become so much of a tradition in the United States, it actually appears on calendars. It has become popular in no small part due to a now classic film called “Groundhog Day.” In the film, Bill Murray plays an arrogant weatherman doomed to repeat Groundhog Day until he changes his attitude.

What in your life requires an attitude change? Do you need to change your attitude about your life in general, your work, your relationships, or how you take care of yourself?

This week, do some writing about what needs an attitude adjustment in your life. Otherwise, like Bill Murray’s character, you might be doomed to repeat your less than positive attitude until you get it right!

Take good care!
